Τhe annual Photo Marathon will take place as part of the 9th Chania International Photo Festival. The Marathon will begin on Friday, July 10, and participantswill be able to submit their entries (3 photos per person) in digital format until midnighton Sunday July 12 to submit their entries digitally. Each participant may submit three photographs.

Photographers from Greece and abroad will capture their personal view of Chania through three photographic themes, reflecting their own perception and interpretation of the city.

Those interested in taking part in the 9th Photo Marathon canregister by emailing info@cipfestival.com, providing their full name and telephone number so that participationcards can be issued. These cards can be collected from the Grand Arsenal starting on the first day of the Marathon.

The winners will be announced, and the award ceremony will take place on Monday at 20:00 at the Festival venue inGrand Arsenal. The six best entries will receive honorary distinctions, while the top two winners will be awarded photographic equipment as prizes
