In 2022, I was invited to visit the house of Salvador Dalí. Although I’ve known his work for decades, it was the first time I actually got to visit the Salvador Dalí House Museum. It took a few hours from Barcelona, and I stayed for 5 days in Cadaqués. These are some of the photographs I took during my time there. Although the negatives bare date stamps of October 2018, my first visit to Cadaqués was in 2020. While I was there I had set my data wrongly by accident, and only came to realise about it after years have passed. Photographs are supposed to record and document reality. If I hadn’t told you the context, do these photographs tell lies or they are a proof of one living the dream?
